Turbo Vs Bizzarbo

Every good character seems to have an evil twin, they resemble the hero in some way but they look more evil and have the same, if not better weapons/abilities than the hero. I figure it's time poor old Turbo met his match. Since Turbo is a superhero, Bizzarbo is based mainly on Bizzaro (the name says it all really) and Venom.

I'd give a backstory for Bizzarbo, but i haven't really given any details about Turbo.
