A video game concept based on the original Marvel mega-crossover series. Marvel's greatest heroes and most notorious villains are transported to the Battleworld by the Great Beyonder, who gives them the quote above. Epic battles ensue. For some bizarre reason this hasn't been adapted into a video game. Not yet, anyway...
Sorry hardcore Marvel vs Capcom fans, but I see "Marvel Legends: Secret Wars" as a Smash Bros.-style game that combines simple, frantic fighting with platform sections (Thor would play like Ike, Iron Man like Samus, etc.), with a distillation of the comic's story playing out similarly to Subspace Emissary. Like Smash Bros. there would also be other game-play modes and a multi-player mode with up to six players. Characters who aren't involved in the story can be purchased as DLC*.
As a final note, you may have noticed Black Widow is (very badly) shopped onto the picture. No offence to Monica Rambeau but thanks to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Black Widow is a more relevant and popular character**. Plus 'Captain Marvel' is a moniker used by way too many characters, most notably DC's Billy Batson. There's also the Wrecking Crew on the villain team, a bunch of B-list characters who don't really add anything to the story - I'll appreciate any recommendations people have, though I'm already considering Abomination and Juggernaut as foils for Hulk and Thing.

*Deadpool, Invisible Woman, Venom and Squirrel Girl are hidden characters rather than DLC. Sue Storm is pregnant during the events of the crossover, but it wouldn't be the Fantastic Four without her. Venom's here because it was in this story that Spiderman acquires the icon symbiote suit. Deadpool and Squirrel Girl are here 'coz I say so.
